Sunday Morning Bible Study

A Bible Study Class for Internationals is offered on Sunday mornings at both the 9AM and 10:30AM Bible Study times.

Tuesday Morning ESL (English as a Second Language)

Tuesday 9AM-12PM
Central Baptist Church teaches ESL to help those that come to the United States with no or limited English skills so they will be able to find a job, go shopping and so forth, in our society.  And when they are ready to apply for Citizenship, we have a class to help them prepare for the test.  Child care is provided for the children of those attending and a refreshment and fellowship time is provided for the students.  The ESL school meets on Tuesday mornings from 9AM - 12 Noon following the Houston County school calendar.

Wednesday Morning Bible Study

Wednesday 9AM-12PM
Wednesday Morning is a special time for Internationals at Central Baptist Church.  They meet for Bible Study at 9AM.  Each student brings a dish of food like they would eat in their country to share with everyone at break time.  The school is over at 12 Noon.  Childcare is provided for the children of those attending.  Bible study follows the Houston County school calendar.

International Spring Picnic

The International picnic is held in the Spring each year to celebrate the end of the ESL and Wednesday Bible Study classes.  All students this year and former students are invited to come and enjoy a day of FUN, FOOD and FELLOWSHIP.

Vacation Bible School

The Internationals also have a good time each summer at Vacation Bible School.  There is a Bible Study class and craft class. All the children have their own classes so the parents can relax and learn in classes geared to their level of English.
